Face Rollers and Gua Sha Benefits

Hello all!

This weekend i am in a pampering mood and i want to share with you my secret to a beautiful and young face, roller stones.

There is an old story saying that, thousands of years ago, the Empress of China used a roller made of jade to maintain her youthful appearance and radiance. The semi-precious stone, considered a symbol of beauty, grace and longevity has long been revered in the east for its mystical powers.

Some of the most important benefits of it is anti-aging, anti-wrinkles line, reduce dark under eyes, better skin and health without any chemicals or irritants.

I use a dual sides Rose Quartz Roller and a Gua Sha Stone.

The big roller is ideal for neck, chin, cheeks, and forehead while the smaller is perfect for around the eyes, nose, and lips. It promotes blood circulation, the key to reduce puffiness and wrinkling. Helps penetrate beauty products like face creams and serums deeper into the skin for better absorption. Due to its quality of remaining cool to the touch (even in warm weather), can help provide anti-aging benefits. It enhances skin elasticity tightening and toning the skin and promotes blood circulation to the face for a natural healthy glow.

The Gua Sha Stone is great for using on your body and much helpful to relief pressure and induce relaxation.

How to use it?

Wash face with normal cleansing products.
Apply any night creams to your face and neck.
Use upward motions to move the roller gently over your forehead, cheeks, around the lip area and neck.
Use the roller on your face and neck for 5 to 10 minutes.
Use the roller three times a week to reduce lines and wrinkles.

Have you ever used it? Do you have any tips for me? Please share.
