I am on a cooking mode and for lunch today we are making Paella. Long time since we cooked it and since i miss Spain and summer vibes right now, this seems to be a good idea.

I won’t keep you here any more then needed because you have to head to the kitchen, so here is how we do this yammi dish.

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 pinches salt and pepper
  • 3 cups rice
  • 500 ml vegetable broth

For Sea fruits and Chicken:

  • 3 cups of sea fruits mix
  • 2 cups chopped chicken breast (if you feel like it)

Others:

  • 1 tbs of turmeric and rosemary
  • 2 pinches salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup of milk

How is done?

  • Put all the vedetables ingredients to boil.
  • While the vegetables are boiling, cook the sea fruit by bringing it to boil over high heat. Once boiling, lower the heat for 20 minutes. Do the same in a different pot for the chicken breast.
  • After the vegetables, sea fruits and chicken finished boiling, let them cool for 10 minutes  They will be quite soft and your sea fruits quite small, don’t be scared, is normal.
  • Combine the vegetables, sea fruits and chicken in a bowl. Put them in a pan and stir to combine with half cup of milk, turmeric and more salt and pepper if desired.
  • When the milk evaporated and your dish all yelow add rosemary and stir.

Serve warm with a glass of white or rose wine!

XOXO
