Fast breakfast ideas when on the run

Hello everyone!

Lately i’ve been trying some breakfast recipes that totaly made me fall in love.

They are easy to make and ready to eat in 15 minutes.

So how about i share them with you?

OATMEAL PORRIDGE WITH BANANA, STRAWBERRIES AND BLUEBERRIES

All you need is a cup of oatmeal flakes and a cup of almond milk, with spices that you like and a pinch of sugar or sweetner, to bring to boil and boil for 10 minutes or until is creamy (that depends on your taste).

Then put the oatmeal on a bowl and on top of it few slices of banana and strawberries, and half hand of blueberries. Done!

RICE PORRIDGE WITH STRAWBERRIES AND PASSION FRUIT

Bring to boil a cup of white rice and a cup of almond milk, with spices that you like and a pinch of sugar or sweetner and boil for 10 minutes or until is creamy (that depends on your taste).

Then put the rice on a bowl and on top of it few slices of strawberries and half of passion fruit. Done!

PANCAKES WITH BANANA

Mix in a blender a cup of almond flour, a cup of almond milk, with spices that you like, 3 eggs and a pinch of sugar or sweetner.

Then put the mix on a pan (it should give you 8 pancakes) and fry it on butter.

When is ready put them on a plate and on top of it slice some banana and add some coconut flakes. Done!
