Hello Sunday!
Ok, so i tried this banana bread, sugar free and flour free recipe and i knew i have to share it with you. Is my favorite snack recipe and i love to have it with a cup of fresh made cofee or flavored tea.
What do we need?
2 cups Almond flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 cup Splenda
1/2 cup Butter softened
2 Eggs Beaten
3 Bananas Mashed
1 cut chopped nuts
3 tsp of dark chocolate cream
How is done?
Start to preheat your oven to 180°C. In a medium sized bowl, mix together almond flour, baking soda and baking powder. In a mixing bowl, cream together the sugar alternative and the butter, then stir in the beaten eggs and the vanilla extract. Now, we will add the almond flour mixture to the mixing bowl with the other ingredients. After all is blended, you can fold in the bananas and chopped nuts. Cover with chocolate cream, sliced banana and nuts. Bake your bread for 60 minutes.
